By accessing or using Dream Offers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Dream Offers is

Dream Offers is an AI-powered mock interview platform. It provides practice interview questions, simulated interview conversations, and feedback to help you prepare for job interviews. Dream Offers does not guarantee employment, interview success, or job offers of any kind.

Payments and credits

→Dream Offers operates on a pay-per-session model. You purchase session credits which are consumed when you complete a paid interview session.
→All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
→Session credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once a session has been started.
→If you experience a technical issue that prevents a session from completing, contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
→Prices are subject to change. Existing purchased credits will not be affected by price changes.

Free trial

New users may access one free mock interview session without creating an account. The free trial is limited to one session per device and IP address. Circumventing this limit is a violation of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • ✕Use Dream Offers for any unlawful purpose.
  • ✕Attempt to bypass session limits, payment systems, or access controls.
  • ✕Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform without permission.
  • ✕Use the platform to train competing AI models or services.

Intellectual property

All content on Dream Offers, including interview questions, feedback, and design, is owned by Dream Offers or its licensors. Your interview transcripts belong to you, but by using the platform you grant us a limited license to use them to improve the service.

Disclaimer of warranties

Dream Offers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will result in job offers or interview success.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Offers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dream Offers after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
